Richard worked with us in a very timely manner from the first inspection right up to the settlement which allowed us to take possession of our lovely new home well before the proposed settlement date. He helped sort out a few house issues before settlement within a very short period of time. More than two weeks after we took possession of the house, he helped out getting info from the previous owner within hours. Richard and the team at Peak Central were very helpful in arranging for the building and pest inspection to suit the accelerated settlement date. The whole purchase was quick and professionally handled. On behalf of myself and my family we gratefully would like to thank Richard and his team. A job very well done.
