Excellent service to re-tenant my investment property
Karen contacted me in regard to needing to search for new tenants and starting the application process. I have had the same tenants since the house was built in 2019 and they were great tenants, so I an naturally scared to get new tenants, not knowing who and what you are going to get. Karen provided an excellent service and we have found new tenants for my investment property. Fingers crossed, they are decent people who will take good care of it.

Efficient, friendly and helpful
Recommended by our investment agent for new build home. Jeorjana walk us through the whole process. The contact terms, rental price to chasing unfinished work by builder. Very efficient, found a tenant within one week of picking up keys from builder.
