I've had 3 different agents from my stay in 26/60 Flourish Loop. This was initially very tough in the beginning as I've highlighted several things/issues that needed to be resolved within my first 3 months of staying. The matter had not been carry forward and resolved then. However, when Tash Williams took over these past few months as my latest agent, she sorted out all my problems without any delay. After having Peak Central look after our existing property for years with no issues we organised for Peak to manage another home. Photos were taken that night (Wednesday), add loaded the following day with a home open on Saturday. On the Monday I had an application sitting in my inbox to which we agreed and tenants moved in the following week. Could not ask for a better experience renting out our property.
