She was kind enough to be on hold while I gathered that information and secure the lease for me as priority I do Fifo and needed something urgent while being out of the town. Once leased was secured, my Property Manager, Julia, has been super helpful and responsive to my requests. One thing I found missing was having an Emergency Contact Number to call on the weekends for new tenants should a problem arise.
