First of all, would like to say Thanks to Brix and Peake RE to go above and beyond for a property that I bought and made the process extremely simple and hassle proof. We met Brix for a potential valuation for my property . Compared to other agent's who just jumped on trying to make us sign to sell, Brix ensured he understood our situation. He took time to understand our circumstance, our plan and goals. He then took that information and worked with us to narrow down to few different properties. Upon finalization of the property, Brix was always available to respond via email or call and answer any query.
