Great at sale point agent

James was great at the point of sale for us buying the property and easy to talk to at this time. During the settlement period we asked James to contact the seller regarding the lawn as it was dying. He said he would. At settlement time the grass was dead and there was minimal negotiation with buyer for compensation. James offered a portion of commission to soften the blow. At final settlement it was not James who was there. After settlement one key was left at the property and we have not received the rest yet, it was not even a face to face congratulations and handover. We would use James again as his knowledge is fantastic and he seems to have a passion for the industry but we felt awkward at the end of the sale.
