Sale of 1 Leeward Chase Hillarys

After trying another agent with no success we decided to change our agent and go with Jeff. We wish we had done this right from the start as the experience was vastly better. Jeff's knowledge of sales within Harbour Rise was at a much higher level. My only regret as that we should have engaged Jeff as our first agent as we were talked into spending a lot of money on advertising with the first agent with no success. Jeff took a more strategic approach and it cost a lot less and he found the right person who wanted to buy our house.
