A real estate agent that genuinely looks after your interests.

Couldn’t rate Sue more highly. From our first meeting she understood what we were looking for in a property and went out of her way to assist. Communication was prompt, clear and thorough and she made the transition from putting in an offer through to settlement so easy. Highly experienced in her field and would definitely recommend her.

A difficult task with a successful outcome.

We live in Sydney but for more than 20 years have had a holiday apartment in Perth, my wife’s home town. Due to personal mobility difficulties we decided to sell the Perth property. We had met Sue Rowles socially, during our visits to Perth, and asked her to arrange the sale for us. The tyrrany of distance is formidable but having Sue on our side made the process much simpler. She arranged the property for viewing, put us in touch with the necessary officialdom and gave us advice in a quick and friendly manner when we were in need of it. We always felt we were in good hands. The property was sold for a record price for its type and location. We are very happy vendors. Thank you Sue
