Stay away as a buyer this agent will make you keep bidding against other buyers

Very disappointing experience as a buyer. The property appeared significantly underquoted to attract more buyers, and the sales process felt like a private bidding war with constant pressure to increase offers and very little transparency. I was later advised this type of conduct may be legally questionable and is certainly unethical. All honesty is questionable and transparency is lacking, she is unwilling for her biased point of view. Communication was poor throughout. I was repeatedly reminded how “busy” the agent was, made to feel like an inconvenience when requesting a viewing, and received very little communication after the offer was accepted. Overall, the experience felt aggressive, unprofessional, and lacking transparency.

Excellent knowledge of property in the Mullaloo area
