By far the best estate agent I have ever experienced!

I heard about Namita through my friend's parents - who highly recommended her after switching to Namita from a different agent in Duncraig and going from an offer that was 100k less than their minimum to achieving 100k more than they hoped for. Then I had a chat with another friend, who had sold in Duncraig some years ago and who absolutely insisted I should switch to her preferred agent after her own fantastic experience. I refused on the basis I was really happy with Namita, my friend tried to persuade me, before we eventually realised we were both talking about the same person! Namita has the obvious skills in spades, like knowing the real estate market inside out for many years. Her communication and professionalism are simply the best I've encountered. But what set Namita apart, for me, was the following. Firstly, Namita comes from a marketing background and sees houses through the lens of the prospective buyer. She is very thoughtful and knowledgeable in advertising the house in just the right way so that it appeals to the right buyer. Secondly, Namita is straight down the line and I felt confident in her integrity and that she was working on my behalf. I felt I was in very safe hands, and I was. Finally, Namita was incredibly supportive and helpful through the challenging process of getting the house ready for sale. She went the extra mile many times, in helping me to work out what to do and how best to do it, in spending limited funds to get the house up to scratch. My friend is planning to ask Namita to sell her next house too, despite it being in a different suburb, and if I wasn't moving to the Eastern States I'd be doing the same! I simply can't recommend Namita highly enough.
