Shaun was very experienced with the area and also knew the property for sale in great depth. The communication style was very open from the first interaction. The sale wasn’t your typical sale being a mortgagee sale and also the property had various caveats on it. The sale was also further complicated with Covid issues. At all times Shaun communicated with us about the status of the sale and didn’t use sales tactics to drive an outcome. This purchase was our 3rd attempt to buy a property in the suburb. The previous purchases were unsuccessful due to poor salesmanship of other real estate agents. We wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending Shaun when selling your property.
