Above and beyond expectations
Shaun provided an excellent service and support in helping me sell my first home. Shaun has a great understanding of the market conditions and kept me well informed every step of the way. The whole process was made simple and given my workload and limited opportunity to return to the house once put on the market, Shaun went above and beyond in helping with removal of old furniture, arranging for contractors for minor works in getting the house ready to sale and more. Apart from being a genuinely nice person, Shaun really is ever the professional. I would highly recommend!

Easy home buying process
Shaun is very friendly and helps out with every question you have. We are new to Australia and don't know much about the property market and the method of buying. He made the process so simple and understandable to us. I would highly recommend Shaun. He will make sure you get the right house. Fantastic Experience.
We went with Shaun as he had a great knowledge of the area we were selling in. Shaun made contact straight away and within a matter of days the house was on the market. Shaun liaised well with the tenants in the house and ensured they were kept in the loop as to what was happening. He didn't over-communicate. Had the right amount of communication. We got much more than what we expected when it came to the sale price. Highly recommend.
