Steve made selling our property a pain free experience. He came and told us what we had to do to prepare our house for sale and then came again to tell us that we were ready to put our house on the market. Once our contract was signed he then kept in constant contact about open house times, results from inspections and always tried to keep our hopes up. When we finally found a buyer the fun and games began. Steve then had to deal with a very disorganised buyer with the initial deposit process taking quite some time. He kept us informed all throughout. Even though we had organised a delayed settlement of 10 weeks, settlement was delayed because of finance reasons. Steve kept us up update all through this final process which took nearly two extra weeks, dealing with a very difficult and ill informed purchaser. Steve handled the situation very carefully trying to keep everyone happy. We have another property to sell within the next few months and we will once again call on his services
