Robert demonstrated to us a thorough understanding of the real estate trading process. He knows what current market values are realistically. He is very flexible in trying to meet potential buyers availabilities and timetables. He is very familiar with the local property inspection providers, in terms of pest and building. Also the performances of the various conveyancing providers. I would listen more to his advice and recommendation in the future dealings. Lucy is the quieter other half of the business! Speaks only when ask and leaves the client to casually inspect the property, occassionally pointing out pertanient features that may have been overlooked or passed over.

I can't speak highly enough of Rob - he's the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. Rob has been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and honest in all my dealings with him. At every step of the purchase process, I was amazed at how helpful Rob was. He regularly gave me honest updates on the proceedings and I was floored by just how much he was happy to organise on my behalf. He went so far above and beyond what I have ever seen any other real estate agent do. He was also exceptionally patient - my finances held up settlement and meant it was later than I had expected.
