We had intended to interview several local real estate agents before deciding who to give the listing to and after David’s presentation and his obvious vast knowledge base of the Mosman area, and sales strategy, it was apparent that we did not need to interview any others as David was obviously the perfect agent for the project of selling our home. David was available whenever we had a question for him at any time of day, not just 9-5. I received weekly professionally presented updates in emails that were extremely detailed and comprehensive. It is clear that David values attention to detail. His negotiation skills were seamless, highly skilled and produced excellent results for us. In short, he and his whole team have an admirable work ethic which we find rare these days.
