Outstanding Agent!

Great Agent
After initially listing the property in 2017 with another agent with no success, I decided this year to try again with Brendon from Peninsula Properties and just passively advertise and try my luck. Only after 6 weeks we had success. Brendon always kept me updated on what's happening, he is extremely motivated and full of energy. OUTSTANDING AGENT. We would not consider anyone else.
Our second house sold by Brendon, at an ultimate sale price. Two Sandgate agents advised that our property was worth $100K less than what was achieved. They wrongly based their estimates on the older two bedrooms, 80% asbestos house. They did not consider the larger block with dual quiet streets access, one street back from the water, walking distance to Sandgate shops and train station. Brendon considered all the negatives, positives and our reasoning for listing it a lot higher. As a result, we had multiple offers and a contract for only $5K less than the asking price. We are absolutely thrilled. No other real estate agent would be able to achieve this. Brendon's achievements are due to the positive skills and personality traits that render him outstanding in his field. Brendon is extremely experienced, having worked with various real estate agents on the peninsula for many years, until opening his own real estate business. This achievement on its own proves that he is a real (very rare) success in this field. Brendon is extremely pleasant and honest. He treats sellers/buyers alike with total respect and transparency. He will not use untruths to secure a listing and/or sell a property. Brendon's communication style and availability is something to rave about. Through all our dealings with him, we were never left to wonder what was happening at any time. He briefed us as soon as possible of any new outcome. Brendon was also available to take or return our calls promptly outside of normal business hours. When you have a pressing query early evenings or on a Sunday, it is nice to know that you can call him and get an answer. It certainly reduces some of the usual stress out of selling a house. We have not hesitation in recommending Brendon to any potential sellers or buyers on the peninsula and/or surrounding areas. He is outstanding and a breath of fresh air.
