Intially when we put the house on the market the timing was not great and I had expectations which were not as the market read the value of my house. It was a very different market and not a lot of interest so I took it off and was about to rent it long term. Sotheby’s found the purchaser and the sale from my point of view was a relative easy transfer. I was more than happy with Hamish and the way he kept me informed.

We highly recommend Patrick to anyone wishing to sell or purchase property in Portsea/Sorrento. He is an excellent communicator. We first met him at an open for inspection 5 or so years ago and from that time kept in touch to discuss the property market generally. He was always willing to provide his advice which we found to be accurate and consistent. When it was time for us to sell our family home which we built ~13 years ago we again sought Patrick's opinion and trusted his recommendations. As a result we achieved a positive outcome, in the timeframe Patrick forecast. He and the Sotheby's team worked hard for us. Patrick in particular put his muscles to work and helped us re-arrange furniture and organised our storeroom. On the day we moved out, Patrick even took away some bags of rubbish for us! Highly recommended.
