Hamish did a great job selling our Sorrento beach house. He managed to coordinate 7 trades to prepare the property for photos and sale, and then got the house listed online all inside 2 weeks - that was the (tall) ask and it was impressive he was able to pull it off. Danielle prepared our property -- a huge job since we were away -- and listed it, and showed it. It is a beautiful property and she really showed it to its maximum advantage. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her again, or to ask her to represent us again. We sold very quickly at a price we were satisfied to sell at.

In our selection process of agents we interviewed a number of firms. In our initial meeting with Rob,Patrick and Danielle we were shown how their experience and attention to detail enabled us to set a program that allowed us to maximise the value of our property. They detailed to us their observations and our strengths in our property and how it should be presented. They also assessed the market both in pricing and our potential purchasers. In both cases they were correct even after discussion amongst them selves. I found it refreshing to be a participant in this where I could listen to discerning views and then have them settle on a coherent strategy that we could employ. This was especially important as a result of the Covid lockdowns and getting us first to market post lockdown. Patrick was especially astute to our needs and gave a result that was achieved by the first Saturday after listing on Tuesday Night.

When we first met Hamish we found him very easy to talk to, he listened to us and we felt confident that he could achieve a good price for our mother's house, as he had a good knowledge of similar properties in the area. He would inform us each time before showing someone through the house and then provide honest and thorough feedback from the prospective buyer. Once we were negotiating with the eventual buyer, he was patient and trustworthy. We didn't feel pressured and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend Hamish.
