We sold our apartment We sold our apartment while living out of town, and with it being a rental for a long time, it needed a fair bit of work to get it ready for sale. We wanted to target owner occupiers, so refreshing and styling the place properly was important. The Penroses handled the whole process really well. They organised all the trades, kept things moving and made it feel very manageable for us, while still keeping us informed and involved in the decisions that mattered. In the space of about three weeks the apartment was completely transformed. They were great communicators the whole way through — straightforward, responsive and easy to deal with. We always felt comfortable with what was happening, even from a distance. The end result was a sale at auction above our expectations, and we’re really happy with how everything was handled. Would definitely recommend them.
