In this instance I am the buyer. So (wrongly) I assumed that Luke, would be 100% pro seller. It became very quickly apparent that whilst yes Luke definitely had his client’s best interest at heart he wasn’t afraid of going the extra mile to alleviate any concerns or queries I had about not only the process (this is my first home) or the property.
