Greatest real estate !
Jake goes above and beyond to sell our investment property. I have dealt with a few real estate people in the past. But I havent seen such commitment and dedication to his work as I do with Jake. We get daily updates about whats happening to our property. I wouldnt recommend anyone better. Keep up the great work Jake!!!

Professional and honest
My husband and myself attended an open day and we thought Jake was extremely knowledgeable on the property and answered all our questions regarding the property. As we hadn’t purchased a property for over 25 years Jake made the process so easy and nothing was too much trouble. We were both impressed that Jake didn’t harass us at all during our purchase. All in all I would highly recommend Jake as a very professional agent.

Jake provided a very friendly, professional and personalised service that delivered results.
Jake was recommended to us by a friend who had bought and sold a property and were impressed with the service he provided. I made the call to Jake and even though he was on holidays in Canada, he made the initial arrangements to come and meet with us upon his return to Brisbane. Jake made several recommendations on how we should present the home to the market and arranged the marketing for the home. The quality of the photography and the listing on Real Esate.com was in a league of its own compared to other properties in the area that were listed with other agents. The home was listed on the market on Thursday, open house Saturday and sold for a price we were happy with that weekend. Jake provided a very friendly, professional and personalised service that delivered results; I would recommend using Jake for all real estate transactions.

Trust and experience are critical

Excellent, warm hearted and honourable
We found Jake and Kana to be an excellent team. Their skills and expertise compliment each other and together they offer a client an exceptional range of ability and service. As a real estate agent, Jake is blessed with a particular set of talents. He has a brilliant ability to really listen and understand people’s perspective. We found that a wide range of prospective buyers all indicated how easy they found him to relate to and how different they found him from what they had previously encountered in his profession. Jake builds exceptional rapport with people and is then able to influence people to hear his opinion and perspectives. His interpersonal skills, in short are exceptional. Jake also has tremendous tenacity and persistence. His business model involves him working with four properties/clients at a time. We found that he was able to thoroughly follow up every enquiry and influenced nearly every person who inspected the home to come back a second time. He does his research and so is able to talk with potential buyers about relevant similar sales in that area or comparable ones. His ability to engage with people’s concerns and for comparisons with other properties is exceptional. We had wondered if such an honourable and warm hearted agent would be good at the tricky end of hard negotiation. We were delighted to see that it is in fact his favourite part of the process. Twice we witnessed him achieve what the client had asked for and then a little more. That is quite a skill! At the end of the whole process, we found ourselves inviting Jake and Kana over for drinks and/or a meal on a number of occasions. Nice people and highly competent in their field.

Honest- Great Communicator- Modern Marketing Techniques
Jake was employed in conjunction with another local agent to manage and moderate a delicate sale. In the beginning; he assisted in staging the property even providing some of his own soft furnishings for the finishing touches. At every opportunity, he endeavoured to provide honest and regular market feedback to all parties, and communicated and executed a modern digital marketing strategy whilst keeping in mind the objective of maximising the eventual sale price. His original price feedback was almost spot on to his CMA range; which unfortunately was $50k below the advice of the other agent and took almost 2 months to get an offer in the advised range but he still perservered in continual market reviews despite the obvious frustration and impass the situation caused. His integrity through the process cannot be questioned, and I would definitely recommend him to sellers wanting advice they can trust.
