Martin is a reliable, professional realter who knows the local property market & vendor's needs.

Martin has a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market including well-informed appraisals of property values. Although I initially expected more money on offers for my home (because I had been ill-informed by other realtors), Martin was accurate on his estimated range as to what the property would sell for in the current market. The offers from potential buyers were within Martin's sales range every time. Martin has kept regular communication with myself throughout the sales process. He is expedient at returning messages or inquiries I made via email, text or voice message. He is open to answering questions or will find out the answer or result and get back to me about it. I felt comfortable asking questions and making enquiries with Martin, particularly for matters in which I had no understanding. His attitude is that there are no stupid questions and that is congenial for getting on with people who are unfamiliar with the subject matter. I have appreciated that understanding from Martin. Martin is a very personable real estate agent and has an ease of talking with people. I have very much enjoyed the rapport that Martin and I have developed throughout this process. He has been very reassuring when I have indicated uncertainty or angst eg. when the exchange of contracts took an excessive length of time. I felt that the use of Campaign Agent by Percival needed to be explained prior to signing the contract with them. Unfortunately, I had no knowledge of what it was about when the contract was emailed to me. I reached out to Martin, who was very quick to assess my dilemma and uncertainty about using it, as he quickly provided an alternative process, with which I was comfortable. I am grateful to Martin for his quick resolve. Martin is a very capable and professional real eastate agent whom I would personally recommend for any potential vendor to utilise in the sales process.
