When we decided to put the house up for sale, we thought that it may take some time to sell, depending on the market. We had a few agents come to give us an appraisal, and settled on Tony as he had practically the same marketing strategies as the other agents, but at a much more reasonable price. We felt that his strategies were what we would need to reach an appropriate audience. We were delighted when we got 2 good offers in the first week and then settled shortly after.
