Professional, accommodating and friendly local agent
We have just purchased a property from interstate with Ambre and Lou. They have been delightful to deal with. Very professional and accommodating, they have facilitated access to the property ahead of settlement, organised relevant quotes for us and followed up on everything without us having to worry or waste any time. We would most definitely recommend them as agents to purchase from, sell with or rent through.

Ambre was so great!
Ambre was so great! I had been looking for a while without any success. She showed me a place I would not have normally looked at. What a gem! Ambre has been so helpful through the whole home purchasing process. Friendly and genuine. Totally recommend Ambre to help you find your next home!

Lou & Ambre also went over and above
We had been looking for a home in Noosa for over 18 months. After viewing the the home online, we flew in the day before the Auction and Lou scheduled an inspection last minute to schedule us outside of the normal viewings. Lou & Ambre also went over and above to assist us to ensure we had everything in place if we were the successful new owners. We finally purchased our new home and they were genuinely excited and happy for us. They have made every step of the process seamless and enjoyable

Ambre and Lou were amazing to deal with
Ambre and Lou were amazing to deal with in purchasing our first home. The communication was outstanding and they were quick to reply if we had any questions. BLOWN AWAY
Where to begin. From personal experiences & those of family & friends, real estate agents are not someone we've trusted. Besides thinking they know everything, they don't really listen to how the buyer or seller are feeling & seem to have no clue as to what we are really going through. Everyone is diffent & should be treated as indivuals & not just another way for agents to make money. Extreme motions along with doubt if you're doing the right thing, are just two of the things we have going on during this important decision-making time in our lives. Ambre and Lou from PerryCooper Property are the complete opposite to the norm. They are very caring & actually listen to you. Besides being extremely professional, they put in a huge amount of work behind the scenes with things like advertising & communications to name just a few. This is how they give you the best possible outcome for you & your family. Lol.... I can't believe what I'm saying, it doesn't gel with me giving praise to real estate agents but Ambre & Lou aren't your usual agents, they truly do care & understand what you're going through. They also keep in constant contact & keep you updated with what's happening. By doing this they ease the tension put on us throughout this experience. They treat you like you're part of their family & not like a stranger they want to impress. They are true to their word & have made the selling of our family home an easier and seamless experience. We cannot thank them enough.

Easy inspection and purchase through Perry Cooper
We weren't able to make it to the first open home. However, Ambre made it easy for us to book a private inspection at a time that suited us. Communication was always prompt and we were kept up-to-date during the process of making an offer and checking off the conditions.

Fantastic with a great result
