I highly recommend Rob Walker and team.
He actually came to me through a referral from a trusted advisor such is the strong reputation he has built for Perth Property Partners. I used PPP to sell three green title lots created from a redevelopment of an investment property. I live overseas so relied on Rob and a separate development company to manage everything on my behalf. They were quite incredible always on top of things, and coordinated between themselves which meant I didn't need to get involved as often as I expected. Rob found buyers for all three lots in a very short period of time, and all at or above the target price we had agreed. His network of potential buyers in very strong and we did not need to rely on advertising or extensive marketing to close deals on all three. I really could not recommend them enough. I had full confidence that Rob was working in my best interests and he is a genuine professional who I enjoyed working with.

Friendly & professional
Rob was both friendly and business like, a rare combination that helped us achieve a dream sale of our 65 year family home. He found a values driven buyer among the many rational bargain hunters. Impressed with his professionalism
I bought a property via Rob and was highly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the market and straight forward, down to earth approach., I therefore decided to employ Rob and his highly competent team as my real estate agent for selling my own dwelling. Rob fully explained his marketing strategy and sought my opinion regarding proposed photos and written information to be included on suitable web sites and marketing brochures. I received my first offer within a couple of weeks.

Professional and Personable

Helpful and Available
Rob was very helpful when I decided to subdivide my property. He firstly put me in touch with a surveyor who was successful with an application to subdivide. As soon as approval for the subdivision was through Rob marketed one of the blocks and within 2 weeks he had several very good offers, and after discussing these thoroughly with Rob I accepted the best offer. Rob was always available to answer any queries I had and when the Title issued the sale of the block settled without any delays.
