A man of his word !!

I'm a local builder and my wife came across this property and fell in love with it ! And me being an older male having feet of clay was a little relucent to move. After we went to the open house and I saw my wifes' face, I knew we were moving lol. Peter and his wife greeted us with a lot of professionlism and worked through everything to make this process an easy transition. Peter always picks up the phone and is quick to get things moving, as he has been a Coolum local for decades and knows everybody. We could not be happier with the service and professionism of Peter and his real estate team. I would gladly recommend Peter for all your real estate requirements.

Peter Went All Out For Us!

It's difficult for familes to settle an estate but Peter provided all the support to optimise the best outcome. He connected us with relevant trades to assist us to prepare the property for sale and even assisted to organise some trades to get the job done. When it came time to put our property on the market, Peter masterfully managed the showings, negotiations and settlement. Highly Recommend, Best Agent on the Sunny Coast!

This was the 2nd dealing we have had with Peter and he has delivered excellent, professional service both times. I highly recommend Peter and would not go to anyone else on the Sunshine Coast. He delivered great communication, was very helpful (including liaising with the Property Management), kept us up to date, it was a very smooth process. Excellent hardworking agents

Peter and Debra make a great team. They are excellent real estate agents - hardworking, honest and reliable. They helped us achieve a very good result on the sale of my late mother’s house at Mount Coolum. When we had to dispose of some large items the day before settlement they went above and beyond to help us remove them. I would highly recommend Peter Andrew real estate.
