Christine is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and an all round pleasure to deal with. She responded to all of my questions quickly and professionally. If she didn’t have the answer, she would get it for me. Our house sale was quick and pain free which I believe was down to the small suggested changes Christine made of updating painting and carpet. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their property.

Apart from descriptives like professional, dedicated, responsive and caring, we would best describe Christine as being tenacious in her quest to get her customer the very best financial result when selling their property. Any questions we asked were answered honestly and when we asked advice it was given, understanding our circumstances. We have no hesitation in recommending Christine Bassingthwaighte to you for real estate services in the ACT.

Zach and Steph from Blackshaw Manuka were great agents to buy a property from. Both were very helpful and communicative through the entire process.

Gillian was excellent with her communication and keeping me updated on how open homes went, how internet traffic to the advertisement was going, and registered bidders for the auction. She attended other open homes in the area so she could scope out the competition, and consequently let me know if I needed to refine my expectations on price given similar properties on the market. I was never left wondering how the campaign was going or having to follow up on it - which was very helpful when juggling multiple other matters associated with an estate.
