Mario sold the house to us some years ago. It was a result that went into the papers. Because he knew the house very well and still worked in that area it was logical to ask him to let it. The auction was very well conducted by Mario and we reached an amount we had agreed to accept. Afterwards, By chance, we met the new owner who loved the house and told us he would have paid more. If we had known that we might have held out a little longer.
