Mario is an exceptional and very professional real estate agent, we will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Nothing was ever too difficult for Mario and he was always there when we needed him with great advice. We were ecstatic with the price Mario and his team got for our house. Thanks again Mario. Selling a house is an overwhelming experience, both physically and mentally. The idea of selling my property flashed through my mind several times during the last few months. I really wanted it to happen but the whole process felt scary and insurmountable. I have got in touch with several realtors, but none felt so passionate, caring and sincerely interested as Debbie. She stood out from the rest not just thanks to her professionalism and knowledge but also because of her compassion and determination. She gave me the confidence and strength to carry on. My house needed some "fixing", lot of decluttering and reorganisation before the sale. She guided me through the entire process, referring me to the right traders and supervising the works. She even got involved herself. Amazing woman! Communicating with her felt easy. During times of doubt she was reassuring. She was in charge but we worked as a team. I simply knew I was in the right hands. She kept focused until everything was finally over, and what a success! I am still smiling, :-). Thanks Debbie, I owe the success of my sale entirely to you!

Mario did a wonderful job in managing the sale of our house and ensuring a successful auction outcome. From our first meeting he helped us understand what to expect and what we needed to do to ensure a positive impact of our house on potential buyers. We received an honest appraisal of the likely selling price range, which proved to be correct. Throughout the process we were kept up to date with what buyers were thinking. On the day of the auction there was a great atmosphere which helped to relax the bidders and made for a lively bidding process. And a great outcome for us.

Debbie Maddigan provided excellent assistance in selling my property. Debbie knows the Campbell market inside out and made very helpful suggestions in preparing the property for sale. She was always available to help with any questions and followed up each showing with a phone call to tell me how many viewers there were, so I always felt in touch with how it was going. After a successful option her excellent service continued - keeping me informed of settlement date and questions from the buyer. Overall, I believe that she really is the best agent for Campbell.

We met Debbie when inspecting a property she was marketing in Campbell that we eventually purchased. It was obvious from that first interaction that Debbie possessed the qualities a vendor or buyer seeks in an agent. These include professionalism, knowledge, a helpful and courteous approach and willingness to go that extra mile. We were so impressed by Debbie that we employed her to market our property in McKellar. Debbie conducted an impressive marketing campaign that included front page exposure and although we didn't manage to sell at auction, Debbie secured a sale the following day under auction conditions. We would thoroughly recommend Debbie to any prospective vendor. She has a realistic approach, possesses a high level of integrity and is a lovely person to work with on every level.

We are so pleased we selected Debbie to sell our Watson unit. From the beginning she made some helpful suggestions for us to present the unit in its best light then helped prepare a marketing strategy taking into account school holidays and several other issues we had not considered at all. Whilst the unit was on the market, she kept us fully informed on open days results including feedback received from potential buyers enabling us to improve our presentation or to obtain additional information of interest to buyers. Her communication with potential buyers was also excellent, she correctly predicted how many serious buyers would be attending the auction at which our reserve was comfortably exceeded. We are very happy with the service she provided and confidently recommend her to anyone.

Thank you Mario for such a positive result with the sale of my property at Auction on 27 August 2015. You made it incredibly stress free for me during the weeks leading up to the auction, and with your constant feed back and positive thoughts throughout the process, it was also a very exciting time. You achieved an incredible result not only for me but also for suburb of Harrison with a Suburb Record Result. Your professional manner is outstanding and, this also reflects on your staff and colleagues. I look forward to my next purchase and have no hesitation in choosing you as my preferred agent.
