Downward pl
In the face of constant phone calls most 'friendly when trying to sell you something' agents show some frustratration. Robert however was very friendly and accommodating 100% of the time. Did a good job for us the buyers and for the sellers as far as I can tell. You don't always get a phone call back during the business day but I don't think he failed to call back even if it was at 9 pm. Good agents are always busy so no points lost there. Thanks for facilitating our purchase Robert and good luck for the future. Cheers - Michael
