Our family agent
I have had experience with Robert as both a buyer and a seller. A few years ago, Robert sold my beloved family home and my parents were delighted with the service they received. When I needed to find a home of my own, Mum suggested I contact Robert and tell him what I was looking for. Robert knew how much I loved the Pettit and Sevitt home of my childhood and let me know something with the same 'vibe' was going to come on the market. After a nerve wreaking auction, my own family are the proud owners of a beautiful home that has the same feel as the home I grew up in. Robert knew what I liked and made it easy for me to fall in love with this house. Robert then went on the sell the home I had lived in for the past 12 years. His negotiation skills with three potential buyers was excellent and the house was sold in under a week for more than we had anticipated. As both buyer and seller, I found Robert to be open, friendly and genuinely happy for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert as an agent. But I won't be using him for a long time as he found me my 'forever home'.

I would recommend Robert Peaker as a real estate agent
Robert's initial estimate of the value of the home was quite close to the eventual selling price. He has a friendly manner and good communication skills. When we had a potential buyer, he managed to negotiate a slightly higher price than the initial offer. I appreciated his support during the settlement. He provided support and assistance when complications arose and the solicitor was unforthcoming. I would be happy to work with Robert again in the future.

Very Courteous, professional and helpful even after the sale!
As the buyers of the delightful property that Robert was the agent for, he has 2 or more competing interests, the seller and the buyer(s). He was very astute and skilled in his efforts for the deal to happen as far as we are concerned, we wanted this property and everything up until settlement went extremely smoothly. I'm certain there was much going on behind the scene that we may not have even been aware of. The process was what it was. He definitely facilitated this professionally with good humour and communication. I would recommend him to anyone in the process of selling certainly, and buying also.

Our experience in real estate sales
We first used Robert Peaker to sell our home when we wanted to downsize. We picked a few local agents from the phone book, ads on TV etc. and asked each for a quote. Robert demonstrated knowledge of the market, was very easy to talk to and gave us the best deal. We where very pleased with the sale price Robert got for us. When we decided to move on again there was no thought of using anybody except Robert, he sold our home for us in a week and got us a price that was above our expectations. We would recommend Robert Peaker and Peter Blackshaw Real Estate Tuggeranong to anybody wanting to sell a home in Canberra.

Nothing was ever a hassle!
Rick was fantastic to deal with when we purchased our home. He helped us get settlement sorted in a quick timeframe as well as chasing up the sellers solicitor when we wanted to rent prior to settlement. He even dropped around on his day off to give us something! A very genuine agent that we would gladly use if we sell in the future.
