We went to Peter, Launa and the team on a Friday, with the requirement of an urgent sale of property then being listed Saturday afternoon the day after and with a final offer accepted on the following Tuesday morning. Amazing job in 3 days (1/2 Sat, Sun, Mon and 1/2 Tues) including the weekend. The outcome in itself is proof of Peters and his teams market knowledge and the list of buyers’ whom engage his services to look out for potential suiting properties. The vendor communication was second to none including weekends and evenings including even when Peter was not in the office. Peter and his team became part of the family and worked not just for us but with us guiding us through the sale and total settlement process, in a very professional but caring manner. The Real-estate space can be confusing and daunting if you haven't been in the property sale or purchase space and we welcomed their support. Peter is a man of the utmost integrity and this personal trait flows right through his business giving both vendors and Buyers a sense of ease through mutual trust in discussion, correspondence and outcomes.
