I contacted Peter by email over the Christmas holidays and he contacted me as soon as he returned to work telling me that 65 Lakes Folly Drive was under contract. I said that I was disappointed and asked him to offer similar properties and let me know if the contract failed. The contract did fail and Peter contacted me immediately. My wife and I visited the property the next day and inspected it and two other properties. We asked Peter how to secure the property and he told us. Peter gave us a piece of paper and a pen so that we could give him a written offer to give to the owner. Peter conveyed the offer which was accepted at six fifteen that afternoon.
