Friendly, genuine and motivated!
We had a great experience with Lorna in purchasing our first home. She was proactive and went out of her way to show us around the properties in the area as well as keep us in the loop with upcoming properties. Sale of 25 Bishopgate Street Singleton
We decided to sell our house after 25 years of renovation. We have poured our heart and soul into our house and have created what we feel is a beautiful family home. Lorna took the time to walk through our house and really look at each room, getting to know the house. She took her time with us asking questions so she understood us, the house and it's journey. Lorna always worked with our parameters for inspections and the sale of the house. She has informed us of each step. She kept us updated with how the inspections went and on the progress throughout the sale. We received several calls from Lorna just to touch base and see how we were going and if we had any questions. She always returned our calls or texts in a timely manner. She answered all of our questions, no matter if they seemed trivial, with complete professionalism. Her advice was invaluable when we needed to make decisions. This is our first time selling a house. We are very grateful to Lorna for guiding us through this unknown process. We felt completely reassured by Lorna's professionalism, her diligence, her kindness, and her genuine warmth and care.

Inspecting property with Lorna is a great experience!
I had an absolute pleasure to participate in a property inspection with Lorna before I have purchased. Lorna was showing me the property for the first time and I really felt like home.
