Sale was achieved remarkably quickly and the price achieved was a little higher than my mid range expectation. I received very handy guidance on preparation for the settlement. Lorna was very thorough and knowledgable with every question thrown at her. She showed genuine care for our purchasing experience as this is our first home. The accessibility to contact her even outside of office hours and later in the afternoon property inspections due to our working commitments was amazing and made the whole thing so easy. The constant communication between us meant that we were never out of the loop with anything. We are very excited about our new home and Lorna has played a big part in that. Also every time Lorna was out of reception or unreachable, Jack was there to help and pass on messages for us.
