From the very beginning Mick and Ash were upfront about costs and processes and expectations. There was no fluffing around. My mothers house was sold in around 2 weeks above price range. But that's only half of the story. Any agent can sell a house, given enough time, but its the lengths that Mick and Ash went to in order to make it happen. My mother is an elderly, single women with very poor English. They went above and beyond any real estate agent would in order to make sure that my mother understood what was going on, recommending and arranging various services, visiting her and keeping her up to date with what was going on. There was so much more that they did but their care and attention made this so much easier for my mother. Thank you, both! So much appreciate all your work. Highly recommend this duo!
