Successful sale
We selected Michael as our agent to sell our house from several agents. He was readily available to us and answered any queries promptly. He displayed a sound knowledge of the market and offered sensible advice. All of the open house viewings were timely and well run. The sale went smoothly and Michael was informative and professional. We would use Michael as our agent if we have any future house sales.

Professional, genuine, diligent, friendly
We were keen to buy a block of land, and didn’t expect it to remain on the market for long. We appreciated Michael’s quick no-nonsense approach, immediately getting the offer in, and securing the sale. What we hadn’t expected, as a buyer, was the diligent follow up service. Michael was the first to update us at every step of the exchange/settlement process, and chased up when documents went astray. All delivered in a genuine, friendly manner. Michael appears to really enjoy the people side of the business, and does it well.

Authentic and Genuine Agent
