Not living in orange we were concerned about finding an agent we could trust and rely on. Micheal exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond for us. Our whole experience was fantastic with Jacob. He willingly changed his personal and business plans to suit us. The whole experience ran smoothly. We had a slight delay in getting unconditional approval from the bank after making our offer. There was no pressure from Jacob, once a week, he called us to see how we were getting on with the bank.
