We carefully picked Michael as the agent and we are delighted that we did. It was not a simple exercise, partly due to my mother age (90) as well as a dry season and falling market. Michael gave excellent advice for every single detail, from the marketing to the auction. On the day of the auction we were very worried that so few bidders were present. But Michael made sure that they were present and he somehow managed to ensure that a bidding duel was created, which resulted in an excellent sale price. IIt was well beyond our expectations. We didn't realise how challenging buying real estate in Orange was. We had a few disappointments and felt very let down a few times. But dealing with Michael was straightforward and painless.
