From the moment Micheal Wright arrived at our property for the initial appraisal he was working for us. Yes we did have two other agents visit and do appraisals on the same day as Micheal . One was in and out in 8 minutes and neither bothered to take a photo of our beautiful property in this day and age of mobile phones . Micheal took over 60!
