From the day we first meet Peter the purchase of this property was completed in a very casual but professional manner. All our issues were resolved with a quick email, or phone call. Peter and Kathy were pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much an issue for either of them. The sale went through like clock work with no unexpected obstacles. a day agoNEW Absolutly fantastic as a real estate agent and represents the values that many real estates do not, peter is astute, availible and kind and has a fantastic attitude. Always willing to help and responds outside normal hours. Such a personal service and is the first estate agent i would chose in town. If you want to sell your home list it with peter as he takes care of the buyer as well as he does the seller. Could not rate him any higher. After dealing with other sellers agents in town peter was a shining light in the dark that has become real estate.
