Our buying process wasn’t a typical one. The building needed lots of work and we pulled out of our original contract in March. During the following months, Kels kept in contact, and I expressed my continuing interest in the building at a reduced price, and when the time and price was right, a new contract was established and the settlement process ran smoothly.
