Peter and his team took great care of my mother during the auction process: 1. Communication and follow up were excellent. Mum felt comfortable with them. 2. They managed our expectations on the result very well 3. Professional approach to marketing and positioning the property and explaining that to us. The fact they achieved $110,000 above our reserve did not hurt!!! My only complaint is he drives a Porsche and I dont!
