My fathers home was on the market for 5 weeks. Peter organized the hire furniture, all the advertising and how the home should be presented. One of the first things Peter said to my brother and myself was, we our selling a home not a house, how true! This was a very emotional sale for all of us, it was our family home, the home we all grew up in, the home my parents built. We went into lock down the 2 weeks before the auction and Peter still called practically every day, keeping us updated about with all the interest in the home. We came out of lock down, and, the day before the auction Peter had 3 different open times on the Friday so as many people by law could still see the house. The auction went ahead on the Saturday and we could not be happier with the result. All parties were thrilled. When it came to signing the contracts Peter had everything under control instructing everyone where and what to sign. Peter could not have made an emotional time more easier. We would recommend Peter and his firm to anyone considering selling their home, he was AMAZING.
