I recently bought a house through Aimee, she is extremely professional and polite. She does not harass the buyer in regards to purchase price. She took my offer straight to the buyer was I believe was able to negotiate a price that was fair for both buyer and seller, not just one. Unlike other realtors who instantly start trying to increase the price the second you put in a offer, she didn't come back with an extremely high counter offer nor try and say another buyer is offering the high-end of the listed price.
