Whilst we knew we had outgrown our home there were definitely a lot of emotions around selling it. Having been looking for our new home for a few months we chose Nick after his attentiveness to us as buyers, even though we didn't end up purchasing a property through Nick. Out of all the agents we looked at properties with, Nick stood out, well beyond any others. Nick gave us advice without being pushy, knowing that we hadn't been through the process before, giving us enough information so we could make informed decision without pressure. His advice lead to an excellent result and we are extremely appreciative of his commitment to us as vendors and keeping both us and those that expressed an interest in our property updated constantly. We certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nick to anyone selling their home and whilst we have no intention of moving again anytime soon, we certainly would use Nick again, if he is still selling houses when we do.
