We offered Harry our units to sell as he was rated number one real estate agent previously, and especially during this uncertain time in Covid, we really needed his expertise. Harry surpassed our expectations. First up, Harry inspected each unit individually and made some great suggestions for improvements where needed. Harry then suggested the 3D video of each unit and this has been such a success as buyers can then explore the units carefully and realistically- and when buyers can’t view property in person this has been a god send. Harry submitted these videos to us prior to their uploading, so we had the chance to make changes if we felt it would be beneficial. But the videos were of such a high quality that we did not send through any suggestions. Harry also sent us a draft copy of the description he would use, and again we were delighted. Harry included details about the local area that were excellent and pertinent to our buyers Harry has developed excellent relationships with our tenanted properties, making it very easy for in -person inspections to be done when needed. Harry has also liaised with the property managers in a very professional and positive way. Harry keeps in regular contact, letting us know of progress and any issues in a timely manner.
