This was the second time working with Harry and both times he was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Easy to communicate with, not overbearing but constantly kept us in the loop and offered great advice! I fully trusted he was working hard to get us a great result! 10/10!!

Harry is a true professional with kindness. His strength is the way he speaks and the respect he demonstrates. Very polished agent. Thank you Harry for treating me with respect and for making me feel that I was an important client.

Harry was fantastic to deal with in all areas of purchasing our new home. Especially in the climate created by Covid-19. He communicated with us regularly and keeping us informed on the proceedings and helped us negotiate a fair price that both parties were comfortable with. I would have no problem recommending Harry to other people in search of an agent to assist in selling or buying their home.

Harry was on the ball with everything and organised the sale of my house to be able to purchase another house so seamlisly. 9am - 5pm isnt Harry, he is available for you when you need it and goes above and beyond to make this transition as simple as possible. Over the moon with the results i received.

Jess was a pleasure to deal with, her compassion and empathy for the older generation was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and any questions e left a very large homeasked we're clearly answered. Jess was at all times very professional. Jess is an asset to her company, and I will be recommending her to my friends and family. Another realestate sold my home but the house I brought was through Jess, I wish I knew Jess before hand. The other realestate has not been anywhere near attentive as Jess. I have left a large home and this is a huge change for me down sizing but I am ready for a change and with Jess it has made me feel supported and ready to face a new stage in my life so many thanks Jess you are a gem.

I was impressed with George’s market knowledge, his commitment to the sale of my property and his helpful and considerate attitude. I would be happy to recommend him to other vendors.

I had been searching for my property close to 6 months and most agents that I had met in the course of my search were either downright rude or distantly polite. Most asked me what my search criteria and budget were, but none followed up. I was included in many mass mailing lists of property firms though. I suppose that meant agents were 'following up'. Then I met Craig, the lovely gentleman, who gave me a lovely tour of a lovely property. From the very start, Craig's demeanour put me at ease. In most of my viewings, agents would just stand in a corner and let you roam around the house on your own. Questions were answered with very short or monosyllabic answers. With Craig, he actually promoted the property. He would walk with you as he highlighted the strengths of the property and how to go about its weaknesses. So naturally I felt very at ease with him. No questions seemed too stupid for him. At the end of the viewing, Craig asked me the standard questions. I gave him my answers expecting more emails from Charlotte Peterswald's new listings. But to my surprise, Craig called me back for a property viewing shortly after and in less than a month, found me a property well within my budget and criteria. As a first time buyer, the process of the sale was extremely pressuring due to the tight deadlines and my ignorance of the process. Craig always handled all of my requests with much aplomb and kindness. From the vendor's perspective, if you think Craig wouldn't work in your best interest, then let me tell you that Craig didn't go easy on me during negotiations either. So if you are looking to buy a place, go to Craig Anderson of Charlotte Peterswald. In my experience, you will be treated with respect and kindness. You will get an agent who actually listens to your needs and cater to it. You will get a phone call instead of a random email. You will get an agent who actually works for his commission.

Throughout the process of purchasing our property, Craig was a friendly, honest and trustworthy agent who helpfully guided us through the process to ensure a great result.

Team Coomer really does describe what Harry Coomer is all about. TEAM. Each and every team member was professional, courteous and truly loved and respected our home as much as we did. Harry was realistic and set about carefully constructing a sales plan that was executed to perfection. I cannot rate Harry and his team highly enough and will most certainly use him again in the future. He far exceeded our expectations.
