When we started to consider selling our home, we agreed to meet with at least a couple of agents before deciding our next move. We met with Harry first, and after a very brief conversation afterwards, we figured that there wasn't much point in looking any further - even our dog (who isn't a big fan of strangers, and also barks at people who regularly visit) decided that Harry was welcome straight away.
