Harry isnt like most agents he goes that extra mile...First visit he had come prepared with all necessary paperwork walked through all the options asking me what i would like to get out of the property he then said i can work with that once we agreed on a sale price he then offered me an interior designer to come through and do little touches for photos at no extra cost which i was suprised and i took that advise first impression is everything you only get one chance at it so make it a good one..the house was posted on Instagram and Facebook on a friday night around 6pm and the next morning harry was at a open home nearby that i went to to have a sticky beak to see what i was up against and harry pulled me to the side to let me know that a offer was made already on the house i was like omg really he was like we can do better so i waited till the open home and everyone had left and harry threw 5 contracts on the bench and said are you excited we flick through a few offers and he left the best for last i was standing there happy with the offers when he said you might be alittle happier with this offer and i looked at it in shock swearing my head off and i straight away apologised i was over the moon with the results Harry knows what he is doing and its not about him making money a quick flip its about building a relationship friends and family getting you the best results for your hard earn work and i felt i was still in charged not like most agents ive used before they normally take over and take the first offer they get.. After selling my house harry keeps in contact with me and now have become good friends i highly recommend Harry and his team and definitely will be using him again in the future Go Team coomer
